Job Title : Desktop Engineer - AV

Location : Galway

About Us : Join our unique, inclusive team as a vital part of our 2nd Level Onsite IT Support in Galway. We focus on operational support, infrastructure planning, and innovative business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide AV & event support, including planning and implementation.
  • Maintain and manage meeting room technologies.
  • Produce and maintain comprehensive IT documentation.
  • Collaborate with 3rd level technical teams for robust solutions.
  • Drive process improvements using new technologies and automation.
  • Manage local IT infrastructure, including telephony and disaster recovery planning.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 3+ years of experience in 2nd level IT support.
  • Strong IT asset management and technical skills (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android, SharePoint, Office 365).
  • Excellent project management and agile methodology understanding.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong business communication and customer service skills.
  • Certification : Relevant IT certifications are advantageous.
  • Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
