About the role

We are hiring an Influencer Manager eager to learn more about influencer marketing and develop client services skills. This mid-level role involves leading influencer outreach and engaging directly with clients and senior management.

Ideal candidates are organized, team-oriented, thrive in fast-paced settings, and have experience communicating with influencers in sectors like food, tech, wellness, and retail.

Responsibilities :

  • Research clients thoroughly, including social audits and reviewing brand materials.
  • Participate in strategy development, guiding partnership and content approaches.
  • Advise clients on organic and paid strategies.

Influencer Discovery

  • Lead influencer list pulls to match campaign strategies based on messaging, aesthetics, goals, and influencer criteria.
  • Source emerging influencers for clients.
  • Support paid plan creation to optimize content.
  • Partnership Management

  • Oversee influencer outreach and collaborations.
  • Create pitch and briefing materials and manage influencer communications.
  • Negotiate paid partnerships, draft contracts, and coordinate with legal.
  • Manage collaboration documentation and contracts.
  • Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor influencer posts as needed.
  • Ensure accuracy of live posts and weekly performance reports.
  • Prepare monthly campaign summaries with data analysis.
  • Client Management

  • Prepare weekly status updates and highlight reports.
  • Present updates during client calls.
  • Ensure content aligns with client standards.
  • Team Management

  • Report progress and challenges to leadership.
  • Handle invoicing and payment tracking accurately.
  • General

  • Address issues proactively in influencer collaborations.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Share industry trends to keep the team ahead.
  • Skills

  • People-oriented, caring about clients, team members, and influencers.
  • Strong interest in influencer and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
  • Knowledge of influencer discovery tools.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
  • Fluent in Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and related platforms.
  • Willingness to grow in self and team management.
  • Basic understanding of paid partnerships.
  • Minimum 3 years in marketing, social media, influencer marketing, or related fields.
