HR Advisor – Lisburn

We are currently recruiting a HR Advisor to join our client in Lisburn

Monday – Friday day shift

36.25 hours

19.11 per hour

Lisburn

Public sector client

3 months initially with possible extension

The HR Advisor will help support the HR Manager Resourcing and Employee services to ensure the delivery of an effective support service.

Main duties include, but are not limited to :

• Take a lead role on all employee services issues
• Ensure the provision of a range of professional and effective employee services
• To ensure all members of staff are fully trained in all aspects of Employee Services
• Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to
• Produce accurate and timely attendance management statistics and reports for managers and the HR Board Report
• Assess the effectiveness of systems and applications used
• Prepare business cases and tenders
• Ensure effective working relationships with other HR Employees

Essential criteria includes :

Possess a degree level qualification and Have current professional membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) at Associate level (Assoc CIPD) or above and Have at least two years’ experience of working in a HR function within a large complex organisation, multi-site, multi-disciplinary

provision of employee services and

production of HR statistics and reports.

OR :

Possess a degree level qualification AND Be working towards achieving professional membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)

and Have at least four years’ experience of working in a HR function within a large complex organisation, multi-site, multi-disciplinary

provision of employee services and

production of HR statistics and reports.
