Agricultural Property Solicitor

Sherborne, other Battens locations will be considered for the right experience.

Salary starting from £40,000 (Experience based bandings)

Hybrid working available

9am-5.15pm | Monday-Friday (Flexibility available)

• Sale and purchase of farms and land by both private treaty and at auction;
• Deeds of easement;
• Non contentious farm tenancy advice;
• Overage agreements;
• Working closely with other departments including private client, commercial property and company commercial departments ; and
• Attending events and business development opportunities to foster and develop good client and professional relationships and assist cross selling of work between teams.
• 2 years + PQE;
• Transactional property experience is essential;
• Good knowledge of agricultural work is preferable;
• Team focused;
• Commercially aware and focused;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Innovative;
• Excellent communication skills.
