Job description

Are you a Tenancy Support Worker looking for a new and exciting challenge? Look no further!

We are currently recruiting for several clients throughout Glocester for Tenancy Support Workers within the following areas :

Domestic Violence

Asylum Seekers

Young People Services

Mother and Baby

Substance Misuse

Homelessness

Mental Health

We are looking for exceptional candidates with a proven track record within the sector.

You will be passionate, resilient and empathetic. Ideally, you will have experience in caseload management, community engagement, drug and alcohol awareness, mental health awareness, signposting and working with 3rd parties.

Job Title : Tenancy Support Worker

Salary : £26,000 - £32,000

Working Hours : Full Time

Contract : Permanent

Location : Glocester

Duties of a Tenancy Support Worker :

Providing hands-on support in accommodation and community-based settings

Building positive relationships and offering tailored support

Managing day-to-day tasks, such as rent collection, health and safety checks, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Playing a key role in enabling people to achieve positive outcomes in health, safety, personal achievement, and economic well-being.
