We are looking for a Guest Services Agent. This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Guest Services Manager.
Working pattern : 5 days on and 2 days off / full time shift work
We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.
As a Guest Services Agent you will be responsible for communicating with the guests before and after their arrival. You will maintain the guest’s profile updated and action regularly to update guest’s preferences and needs. Upon arrival you will receive guests with warm welcome while using the guest’s name throughout their stay.
