Our Client is a leading healthcare and social services provider, is seeking an Activities Coordinator to join our dedicated team in Braintree. In this permanent role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing the wellbeing of service users, promoting British values, and fostering a sense of community.

Salary Range : £35,000.00

Location : Braintree

  • Plan, develop, and maintain a comprehensive schedule of enrichment activities to improve service users' wellbeing and integration into British life.
  • Assess the needs and interests of individuals and groups to plan and coordinate activities accordingly.
  • Promote activities, contribute to promotional literature, and maintain accurate records of attendance at activities.

Preferred Requirements :

  • Demonstrated experience in planning and coordinating enrichment activities in a healthcare or social services setting.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with service users, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while ensuring the safety and welfare of all individuals involved.
  • Experience in supervising and supporting welfare officers in communal areas and dining accommodation.
  • Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards and promoting community integrations
