Our People & Organisational Development Division of the PTA has multiple exciting opportunities available within our Learning & Organisational Development Branch. We are seeking applications from highly organised individuals, who use their initiative and can successfully manage the competing demands of a dynamic, fast paced operational environment.

The Role

As a Learning & Development Officer, you will be responsible for undertaking effective coordination of learning and development functions, programs and projects including the facilitation of Induction programs. You will apply your highly developed computer skills and records management experience in undertaking reporting, quality assurance checks and audits of team processes.

You will draw on your leadership, management, communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with the team, stakeholders and customers as well as your well developed analytical and problem solving skills to identify, drive and implement business improvements.
