The Role of a Recruitment Resourcer

  • Sourcing new candidates by posting adverts on Veterans Job Board.uk, headhunting via various channels and building your personal brand to attract a key audience.
  • Match your candidate’s skillset to our client’s needs, conduct phone call screening, and organise meetings with third parties.
  • Building rapport and developing relationships.

    • The ideal candidate should have :

  • 12 months sales and / or recruitment experience

    • A passion for supporting candidates into employment

    Schedule :

  • 40hrs per week
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • no weekends
  • bank holidays off
