Job Description

Site Manager required in Mitcheldean, Gloucestershire.

What is required for the position?

Tickets : Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid.

PPE : Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots.

Experience : Must have 3 years' experience working as a Site Manager on other construction projects.

References : Must be able to provide 2 recent work references.

Type of project that requires a Site Manager :

Works involved : Inducting staff, auditing roofing works, checking scaffolding, liaising with clients, signing people into the site, arranging access for clients into the building to take water samples. Needs knowledge of roofing, ideally from a roofing or building background or carpentry / building background.

Other information :

Working hours : 7 : 30 am to 4 : 30 pm.

250 per day.
