A1 Recruitment are looking for a new team member to join our clients Property Services team. The ideal candidate must have experience in property maintenance and Health & Safety, as well as being highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills. • Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems while ensuring full compliance with BS 7671 : 2018+A3 : 2024 (IET Wiring Regulations).
• Design and execute electrical installations in adherence to the latest 18th edition regulations and amendments.
• Inspect domestic and commercial electrical systems and equipment for damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards.
• Diagnose faults, identify solutions, and ensure a safe and effective installation of electrical components.
• Provide professional assessments and expert advice for clients regarding electrical safety and compliance.
• Support the plumber, carpenters, and other maintenance operatives when required.ROLE PROFILE
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a qualified electrician.
• Hold a current qualification that aligns with BS 7671 : 2018+A3 : 2024 regulations (e.g., Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations).
