Job Description

• Management and collection of outstanding invoices
• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Performing credit checks on potential clients.
• Handling queries about payments and invoices.
• Assisting with month-end reporting.
• Contributing to the team's targets and goals.
• Ensuring accurate client account records.
• Coordinating with other teams to resolve any financial discrepancies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Credit Controller should have

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• A strong understanding of credit control procedures.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
