The Role : We are seeking a responsible and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive learning environment when teachers are absent. You will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects, managing classroom behavior, and ensuring that students stay on task.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students complete assigned work.
- Manage student behavior and ensure a safe, orderly classroom environment.
- Provide support to individual students where necessary.
- Ensure a high standard of safeguarding and student welfare at all times.
- Assist with other duties as required, such as exam invigilation or supporting school events.
