About the role
We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth. In this role, you will develop targeted lifecycle marketing campaigns, manage essential customer communications, and optimise website content to enhance conversion. You'll also design automated workflows and nurture streams, leveraging CRM tools to create seamless customer journeys.
It would be an amazing added bonus if you speak in addition to English, French, German or Dutch!
Develop lifecycle stages based on customer data and design campaigns for each stage.
Ensure that the website effectively communicates product benefits and maximises conversion into the product experience.
Design and implement automated workflows and nurture streams for different segments and lifecycle stages.
Requirements
Measurable improvement in the performance of our CRM campaigns and Website metrics.
Work with the Market Leads to develop customer segments, positioning, and messaging.
Insurance experience isn't required. We'll teach you anything you need to know and upskill you if needed. Please ensure that you have permission to work in the UK, NL, or France as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
