Support Worker - Treharris - Full time - 39 hours a week plus sleep-ins - £11.60 to £12.50 per hour dependent on qualifications and experience

A day in the life of working at Ty Banwen includes :

• Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment;
• Being a positive role model;
• Promoting independence by supporting a range of social, school and work-based activities;
• Working together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs;
• Keeping accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents should they arise;
• General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation;
