Job Title :  Forklift Driver Location :   EH48 2FB Start Date :   ASAP Contract Length : 12 weeks- Temporary initially opportunity for Permanent Pay Rate :   £14.68 Per hour Working Hours :   8am-4pm (35-40 hours per week) 5 days over 7 on a set rota Job and finish- flexibility is required Please note that you must be able to drive and have your own vehicle as there is NO public transport to the warehouse. • To safely operate a forklift reach truck in a warehouse or industrial setting to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise or materials efficiently and accurately.
• Operate a reach truck forklift to move pallets and materials in and out of racking systems.
• Load and unload goods from vehicles such as trucks or shipping containers.
• Store products in designated locations within the warehouse, ensuring correct stacking and inventory practices.
• Adhere to Health and Safety procedures and warehouse protocols.
• Use scanners, inventory systems, or paperwork to track stock movements.
• Support general warehouse duties when required (e.g., packing, labelling, manual handling).
• Picking and packing supermarket orders efficiently
