We are looking for a Salesforce Sales Cloud Technical Architect.
The Salesforce Sales Cloud technical architect’s role is to take a hands-on approach during the execution of IT projects. They are a specialist in Salesforce sales cloud and define best practices. Their main task is to realise technical implementation processes as this requires high level of in-depth expertise.
Responsibilities :
- Design and implement high-quality Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions that align with business objectives.
- Lead technical design sessions, architect and document technical solutions that are aligned with the sales function business objectives.
- Analyse complex systems and troubleshoot and isolate system issues.
- Provide guidance and oversight to development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
- Work closely with other architects and stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive working solution.
- Understand platform limitations and design alternatives to work around limitations.
- Identify opportunities to leverage the Salesforce platform for additional business benefits.
- Provide detailed estimates of the level of effort associated to implement capabilities based on business requirements and solution design.
Skills and qualifications :
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information-technology, engineering, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experienceA minimum of five years of experience in an IT solution development disciplineExposure to multiple, diverse technologies, platforms, and processing environments but specifically around sales technologies.Good understanding of strategic and emerging technology trends, and the practical application of existing and emerging technologies to new and evolving business and operating modelsGood understanding of product management, agile principles and development methodologies and capability of supporting agile teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debtExperience working in a relevant industry is helpful, but not requiredExperience developing architecture blueprints, strategies and roadmapsCertified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant.Proven experience as a Technical Architect in a Salesforce environment.Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud features and best practices.Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other programming languages.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver on time and on budget.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders and team members.Data savvy with knowledge of various aspects of a technology architecture like integration, network and securityProven analytical, planning, organizational and technical and skillsAbility to work with developers
