Embedded Software Engineer

Ourclient is a leading engineering and manufacturing company that provide bothmechanical and electronic components for the MOD / Automotive and Oil and Gasindustry.

Dueto the increased demand they are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer tojoin their product design team to develop software for micro-processorbased embedded systems.

• Knowledge of real-time embedded systems and a solid understandingof professional software development are essential.
• Experience of wireless protocols is highly desirable and anunderstanding of schematic diagrams would be an advantage.
• Extensive knowledge of programming for embedded systems.
• You will be configuring embedded peripherals on microcontrollers.
• Interfacing to external devices using techniques such as GPIOs,SPI, I2C and UARTs.
• Experience testing and refining at component level usingoscilloscopes and logic analysers.
• Effective communication with different types of audience.
