Partner Development Manager

Location : London Hybrid

A rapidly growing, AIM-listed foreign exchange and international payments company is seeking a Partner Development and Sales professional to join their commercial team.

This business provides multi-currency accounts and cross-border payment solutions to businesses and individuals around the world. With proprietary in-house technology and a suite of alternative banking products, they are on a mission to become the go-to digital account for global businesses trading internationally.

The Role : FX / International Payments Sales

This full-time, hybrid role (London-based with some remote flexibility) is ideal for a commercially driven professional with experience in building and growing strategic partnerships.

The role involves driving partner acquisition and sales performance across a wide range of sectors including corporate services, legal, accounting, real estate, investment brokerages, and financial institutions—specifically targeting those engaged in international business and cross-border payments.

Key Responsibilities : FX / International Payments Sales

  • Identify, prioritise, and secure strategic partners in key industries
  • Own and manage the end-to-end partner onboarding process
  • Report on performance targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Grow and retain existing partnerships
  • Build corporate and HNW referral channels

Ideal Background : FX / International Payments Sales

  • Experience in outbound sales, including cold calling
  • Proven track record in partnership development and sales
  • Understanding of FX markets, international payments, or financial services is highly advantageous
