Remuneration : £12 to £14 per UDA

Description :

Part-time or Full time ASSOCIATE DENTIST required for 2-5 days per week (FLEXIBLE WITH DAYS) in a busy, mixed, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED PRACTICE in Great Dunmow (near Stansted Airport), Essex.

12 to £14 per UDA
Excellent private remuneration at 50%
50 / 50 split on lab bills
Fully computerised surgeries
Totally paperless with Clinipads ease of obtaining patient consent
Digital Radiography
CBCT Scanner
Well established practice
Excellent management staff, some have been at the practices over 40 years
Supportive and friendly team
Principal with over 17 years of experience as a FD trainer with the London Deanery NHS practices
High Street Locations. Established friendly run practices.
Can offer Tier 2 Sponsorship visa
Extremely busy group of practices based in and around London

Compliance requirements :

Full NHS Performer Number

Local Area Team confirmation

GDC certificate

UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years

Indemnity certificate

Passport

Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)

Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)

Degree certificate

CPR / AED / Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
