We are looking for

  • Pull out all the stops : You have overall responsibility for the strategic and operational management of a dynamic team of up to 80 colleagues

  • Most important requirement : several years of professional experience in the logistics environment and in human resources management
  • At least a completed training as a certified logistics master (m / f / d) or a completed degree in business administration or business informatics or a comparable qualified training
  • Strong communication skills, a proactive, structured, hands-on working style and a hands-on mentality, which you are also happy to demonstrate on a forklift truck from time to time
  • High affinity for using databases, analyzing data and experience in warehouse management systems
  • Experience in project management including leading project teams as well as sound methodological knowledge in the recording and optimization of processes
