We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team at a welcoming Specialist school in Trafford, Stretford (M32) Role : Teaching AssistantLocation : Trafford, Stretford (M32) Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PMPay : Up to £100 per dayStart Date : ASAP - Potential for Long-Term Placement for the Right Candidate Key Responsibilities :

• Supporting students one-to-one or in small groups.
• Assisting with classroom management and ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Helping students with their classwork and providing additional support where needed.
• Offering encouragement and motivation to students. What we're looking for :
• A proactive and positive approach to supporting students and experience with working with SEN in some capacity
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with both students and staff.
• A commitment to providing excellent support to ensure student success.
