Print Operative, Tamworth

Our client, requires a Print / Machine Operative to work at their site based in Tamworth. Possible permanent opportunities following successful trial period. As a Machine Operative your primary focus will be to ensure the continued production of the Flexo Print work. You will be working in conjunction with the Production and Sales Team. Full training provided.

Duties include :

• Setting up and running a Flexographic Printing Press Machine based on written instructions via works order sheets.
• Identifying faults during set up and fixing of faults relative to the order.
• Completing paperwork & inputting accurately on the system.
• Performing checks against instructions to ensure product quality and conformity
• Performing regular quality inspections and correcting quality issues as soon as they arise.
• Ensuring available stocks of raw materials to maintain productivity
• Reporting defective machine parts
