- Our client based in Cannock are looking for an experienced Office Administrator
The Office Administrator duties include :
To ensure that all office activities fully comply with the Company’s general employment terms, as well as all quality and Health & Safety policiesCompany representation at all management meetingsEnsure that all work orders are prioritise and processed in line with customer expectationCarry out regular reviews on Customer requirements to ensure a consistent approach to customer satisfactionDealing with all customer related issues including dissatisfactions and complaintsWorking with the Workshop Manager to ensure appropriate staff discipline is maintained within the CompanyProvide customer sales quotationsHandle all sales enquiriesMaintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone and emailsResponding to incoming email and phone enquiriesNegotiating on price, costs, delivery with buyers and managersChecking and maintaining sales stockRaising of sales invoices and authorisation of supplier paymentsManage payment applicationsNegotiate the terms of current and new customer contracts / agreementsReply to general information requests with the accurate informationGreet clients / suppliers / visitors to the organisation in a professional and friendly mannerUse computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare reports, memos, and documentsManage import / export activities and procedures reporting to HMRC when necessaryBack-up electronic files using QA proceduresUse computer software to prepare invoices and financial statementsCode and file financial material according to Company proceduresAdminister petty cash according to established proceduresRecruitment of staff as requiredAssist with financial reports as requiredMonth end duties as requiredEmergency First AiderAuthorities of Office Administrator
