Customer Resolutions Administrator

Pay rate : £ per hour PAYE

Start : ASAP

Duration : ASAP - 31st December 2024 initially (likely to be extended)

Working hours :

Location : Tongwell, MK / WFH 2 days per week in the office, 3 days from home

Your New Role :

  • To deliver an excellent service to customers who have raised aplaint. You will act as an ‘information and administration provider’ providing the highest level of customer satisfaction to ensure customer loyalty to thepany. Ensure all customer queries are either responded to, delegated to their case handler, or actioned (where appropriate) ensuring customers are fully informed and have been guided through theirplaint.
  • Delegate emails efficiently and professionally to chase handlers and to provide one stop resolution for customers and internal colleagues wherever possible.
  • Responding to queries in respect of products and services within the agreed time scales, investigating the queries on the various IT systems used throughout thepany.
  • Record all queries and action points on the relevant department customer contact system.
  • Carry out necessary contract administration within service level agreement, ensuring adherence to task specific procedure and process.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks that may be deemed necessary, assigned by either direct manager or other Stakeholders reasonable to the job holder’s role, skill abilities and experience. To include customer contact and inbound customer calls.
  • Prioritise and organise workload to ensurepleted within service level agreement.

What You’ll Need to Succeed :

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably within the vehicle finance or financial services industry
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong administration,munication, interpersonal skills, and telephone manner.
  • Strong letter / email writing ability using accurate English grammar.
  • Able and willing to take ownership of problems and resolve them to a satisfactory conclusion within predetermined time frames.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work within a pressurised environment whilst maintaining focus on personal, departmental andpany objectives.
  • Numerate
  • Proficient usingputer applications (MS Office, Word, Excel).
