The Role :

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Cover Supervisor to work in a school setting in Hereford. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of the school by providing cover for absent teachers and ensuring that students continue to receive quality education.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, following the school's policies and procedures.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons to students across various subjects, ensuring they remain engaged and motivated.

Requirements :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, allowing for the smooth facilitation of lessons and classroom management.

  • A background in education or previous experience working with young people would be advantageous, but not essential.
