SEN Teaching Assistant - Modern Secondary School in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire - £85 - £120 p / day depending on experience - September Start

Tradewind are looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to work within a great SEN team at a leading secondary School supporting pupils in years 7-9 with mild and moderate additional needs.

  • SEN Teaching Assistant - Well run Secondary School in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire
  • 85 - £120 p / day depending on experience
  • September Start - or July for graduates looking to start before the Summer break
  • Monday - Friday 8 : 30-3 : 30pm long term role for minimum 1x year

  • Offer individualised support for learning and tasks.

  • Create personalised resources and use new approaches to allow equal access to the curriculum.
  • Qualifications and Skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Skilled in collaborative teamwork within a team-centric environment.
  • Displayed patience, empathy, and a genuine dedication to enhancing the educational advancement of SEN students.
  • Prior history of working with students with special educational needs.
