Finance Business PartnerMorgan McKinley are delighted to be working with a well known Cirencester based business in the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner to join their successful and high performing finance team.
This Finance Business Partner role requires 3 days a week in the office, with 2 days working from home.
As a Finance Business Partner, responsibilities will include :
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Analyse financial and non-financial data to determine trends, correlations and other statistical information
- To support to improve system and financial processes to drive efficiency andpliance
- Recognise trends and patterns in the data and engage with relevant business area to resolve issues
