Location : Romford

Contract Type : 1-Year Fixed Term

Competitive salary

Working Hours : Monday – Friday, 9 : 00 am – 5 : 30 pm (with occasional flexibility required)

A well-established and growing company in the automotive sector is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their busy and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a proactive approach to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview :

You will provide essential support to a member of the sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent service delivery. Key responsibilities include :

  • Managing incoming calls and responding to customer enquiries
  • Handling email correspondence efficiently
  • Preparing quotations and submitting finance proposals
  • Calculating pricing using structured discounts
  • Coordinating with finance providers and vehicle suppliers
  • Processing customer orders and documentation
  • Organising vehicle deliveries and liaising with clients
  • Monitoring and updating contract details, including mileage adjustments
  • Offering general support to customers throughout their journey

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • Confident using CRM systems and general PC applications
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
