Job descriptionManage a team of operators in your assigned area Ensure that the shift KPI's and targets are met Operating production equipment in a food manufacturing environment Working to strict food Hygiene standards. Complete all documentation accurately prior to the next shift starting Ensure that all staff are adhering to food and hygiene regulations Liaising with shift managers Previous Supervisory / Team-leader experience - ESSENTIAL Able to work shifts - 12 hour Days and Nights Able to lead and motivate a team Strong interpersonal communication skills

For the successful Production Team Leader, our client is offering :
- 45,000 per year
- 3 on 3 off 5.50 am to 5.50 pm and 5.50 pm to 5.50 am (3 days / 3 nights)
- Permanent Position
