Job Title : Adult Care Assistant / Support Worker - Renfrewshire

Are you an experienced Adult Care Assistant / Support Worker with a car, looking for a role with great shift patterns and the chance to make a difference? Join our specialist team supporting vulnerable adults and young people in crisis!

Experience supporting adults or young people in a residential setting

Ability to manage challenging behaviors and de-escalate situations

Strong communication, judgment, and record-keeping skills
