Assistant Quantity Surveyor

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working out of their office in North West London, as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in a lot of client facing meetings as well as ensuring each project is profitable for the company. You will be reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager who initially joined at a Quantity Surveyor level and has progressed throughout the years, which illustrates their importance on personal and professional development. The projects you will be working on will range from signal upgrades, cable pulling and station redevelopment schemes.

REQUIREMENTS

In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.

You should have experience working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor within a UK based Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor and hold proven experience of working within the rail sector. Your work history should be stable; ideally you should have worked at your previous company for a minimum of 2 years and a full UK driving license in mandatory for this opportunity.

You will be rewarded with a very competitive salary ranging from £35,000 – £50,000 (specific salary will depend on previous experience) plus a generous package will be offered.
