People Business Partner (New Buisness
Permanent, full time 37.5 hours
Salary : Up to £50,000
Location : London based, Hybrid (Some travel will be required to different London sites)
The role
Are you a dynamic HR professional with a proactive mindset? We are on the lookout for a versatile HR generalist to join our team, someone who would thrive in a standalone service / setting. Skilled at navigating the exciting challenges of new business mergers and acquisitions. Your objective will be to oversee comprehensive HR responsibilities, pinpoint risks, strategize for their elimination, and ensure solid compliance. Embark on a journey where your skills will foster growth and shape the future of our workforce!
In this hands-on role, you'll be diving into the thick of operational HR, ready to tackle the challenges head-on and embracing the nitty-gritty of day-to-day tasks. You will also be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of any People related change programmes and working with key stakeholders to deliver business outcomes aligned to our values.
