The Integrated Mental Health teams work as part of a 'neighbourhood' offering place-based provision of mental health services in partnership with other local organisations.

What is it like to be a Healthcare Support Worker within Mental Health Services at MPFT - YouTube
The successful candidate will, under the direction of the senior health and social care staff in the team and / or the shift coordinator; deliver interventions with an allocated group of service users with mental health needs. The interventions will be focussed on assisting the person to identify and achieve their agreed goals of recovery. These will include interventions related to; meaningful occupation, accessing employment, assessing and promoting physical health, social inclusion, activities of daily living and mental health promotion. The post holder will also be involved in supporting the service user to complete appropriate outcome measure tools and participate in reviews of the service users care and effectiveness of the interventions provided.
Things that you will have :
Please note you will need to travel to service users houses, different MPFT bases and so you will need access to the appropriate form of travel.
