Elevation Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting for a Financial Controlling Manager on behalf of a leading business based in Essex. The successful applicant will play a critical role in partnering with senior management to drive business performance and ensure financial integrity.
Our client is looking for someone with a strong background operating in a similar role who can demonstrate strong analytical skills, has experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and business case preparation.
Key duties :
- Overseeing the financial reporting process
- Providing insights to management to drive business performance
- Managing the Financial Controlling team whilst working closely with the wider accounting team
- Identifying opportunities to improve profitability
- Drive the implementation of new reporting tools and processes
- Working closely with the management team including MD and Directors
- Ensure a smooth closing process liaising with Finance and other stakeholders across the business
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process
