Casamance Ltd is the UK branch of Texdecor Group , a leading French creator and editor of exclusive fabrics, wallpapers, wallcoverings and accessories for both domestic and commercial interiors. We are looking for a full-time Showroom Assistant with a keen interest in interior design to join our team in the heart of Chelsea Harbour . This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a premium & luxury international brands at the crossroads of design, craftsmanship and customer experience .

• Welcome and assist trade and retail clients, providing a premium & luxury experience
• Support the Showroom Manager with client meetings (b to b sales) and sample distribution
• Handle product enquiries (phone / email) including stock checks, technical specs and styling advice
• Engage with interior designers and specifiers to understand project needs and offer tailored recommendations
• Ensure the showroom maintains an exceptional standard of presentation at all times
• Keep product knowledge up-to-date to provide accurate and insightful information
• Support the organisation of showroom events (Design Week, Focus, client breakfasts, etc.)
• Maintain stock levels of marketing materials and prepare the space ahead of trade shows
• Liaise with our sales team and HQ to facilitate client introductions and follow-ups
• Excel at organising (CRM, footfall)
• A passion for interiors and excellent taste
• Previous experience in a showroom or premium / luxury customer-facing environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with a proactive and professional attitude
• Strong team player with an eye for presentation and detail
• Fluent in English (French is a plus but not essential)
