You'll delve into the world of compliance with industry standards and legislation while mastering in-house company management systems. Learn how to manage key certifications, including :

  • ISO 45001 : Health & Safety Management
  • ISO 9001 : Quality Management
  • ISO 14001 : Environmental Management

Through tailored training, you'll develop expertise in risk management and auditing within a dynamic environment.

What You'll Be Doing :

In the Short Term :

  • Immerse yourself in our client's diverse product range and business processes.
  • Develop your knowledge of internal systems and procedures.
  • Craft your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) plan with ambitious goals.
  • Attend college online weekly to enhance your skills and qualifications.

    • In the Longer Term :

  • Evolve into a vital member of the SHE team.
  • Take the lead as a SHE Officer on site.
  • Design and deliver impactful health and safety training programs.
  • Mentor colleagues in behavioural safety practices.

    • What You Need :

  • Education : Minimum of 5 GCSE qualifications (Grades A-C), including Maths, English, and Science (essential for the MA Occupational Health and Safety Level 3 / 4 course).
  • Drive : A self-starter attitude with a passion for learning and growth.
  • Communication : Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
  • Mobility : A valid driver's license and access to a car are essential.
