Your new role
As apliance Manager, you will ensure that the insurance organisation's staff, operations, and business transactions follow all relevant legal and internal rules, includingpliance with Data Protection Regulations.
Additional responsibilities :
- Maintain and improve and continually improve an effectivepliance Risk Management Framework
- Evaluate business activities to assesspliance Risk
- Educate and train employees on regulatory and industry practices
- Ensure that regulatory andpliance risks are identified, managed, mitigated and reported on, and the Board are made aware of such risks.
