Join Our Team as a Recruitment Resourcer!

Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable individual looking for an exciting opportunity in office administration and resource management?

Look no further – we have the perfect role for you!

  • Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM (flexibility may be required)
  • 1 hour unpaid break each day
  • Location : Manchester
  • Own transport is essential as you may need to travel to Liverpool and Warrington (expenses covered)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Registration : Manage the registration process for candidates, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and accurately recorded.
  • Answer Calls : Handle incoming calls, providing information and assistance with a friendly manner.
  • Source Candidates : Advertise and screen candidates via telephone, demonstrating confident communication skills.
  • Update Database : Maintain and update candidate information and job placement records.
  • Check & Authorize Right to Work Documents : Verify legal compliance meticulously.
  • Screening & Interviewing : Conduct face-to-face interviews with candidates for vacant roles.
  • Inductions : Deliver site inductions to new hires.
  • Assist with Administrative Tasks : Support the team with duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.

  • Qualifications / Experience :

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in office administration or resource management is a plus but not required
  • A full driving license and own transport are essential due to travel requirements (expenses covered)
