Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate Project Surveyor to join our team at Stoke-on-Trent on a 3-6 month contract with a competitive day rate of £460.00. As a Project Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the construction and real estate sector, contributing to exciting projects in Stoke-on-Trent (ST4 1RN).

• Lead and oversee project surveys, ensuring accurate and timely completion
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide valuable insights
• To be responsible for overseeing and manage maintenance and construction works to the Corporate Property Portfolio, including planned maintenance, responsive maintenance, refurbishments, adaptations, extensions and alterations.
• To provide advice, guidance and input, to the design of refurbishment or new build projects to ensure the most effective maintenance regimes are built into corporate Estate Properties
• To undertake the preparation / production of bills of quantities, schedules of work, schedules of rates, budget estimates, feasibility studies, specification documents, preliminary particulars and preambles for contract documents as required for building works including maintenance and refurbishments
