As an Administrator in the Client Compliance Team, you will support the Client Compliance Officers by primarily undertaking compliance monitoring on various fund structures such as Managed Entities / Jersey Regulated Collective Investment Funds, Jersey Private Funds, non-regulated Funds and Schedule 2 entities to which services are provided.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist with compliance monitoring in order to test a client entity’s compliance with legislation in Jersey relating to money laundering, financing of terrorism and the countering of proliferation financing;

Skills :

Knowledge of the Financial Services (Jersey)

  • Law 1998, any orders issued under the Law;
  • knowledge of the Codes of Practice for Trust Company Business, Fund Service Business, Alternative Investment Funds, and Certified Funds;Core skills required

  • Ability to speak and understand English
