Electrical Qualifying Supervisor

Electrical Qualifying Supervisor and Manager required. Our client is specialist in design, installation and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems in the commercial sector for blue chip clients. They are looking for a LVAP and Manager to join the team in Cambridge due to the growth of the business.

Successful candidates will have experience in an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor role in the commercial sector, performing testing and inspection at sites such as datacentres.

Electrical Qualifying Supervisor Position Overview

• Manage and co-ordinate LV , Earthing & Modular wiring testing
• Manage PME electronic and update fixed wiring test folder
• Review all test results, inform T&C manager / PM on results outside parameters
• Manage project gateway tracker, project schematics, and request for isolation and documentation issue.
• Carry out and Manage LOTO, PME key procedure, PME Permit issue and review of task RAMS
• Check protective devise settings against selectivity study and torque of connections to manufacturers required levels
• Inspection, testing and commissioning of LV installation as PME testing procedure
• Carry out Emergency light testing and client witnessing
• Opportunities for management as well across multiple projects- If you were to manage, The T&C manager role would include the responsibility for collating programmes, testing and cost trackers, review test results, manage handover and close out of the project.
• Working alongside LVAP, Construction team and clients
