Key Responsibilities :
- Managing supplier relationships and ensuring effective procurement strategies are implemented
- Collaborating with clients across the public and private sectors to deliver high-quality services and solutions
- Providing advice on procurement and commercial strategies
- Developing and delivering procurement activities for major programmes and complex projects
- Engaging with suppliers and conducting Early Market Engagements
- Conducting construction cost analyses and benchmarking reports
- Preparing tender and enquiry packs, including prequalification, tender, negotiation of contracts, and procurement governance
- Working with multiple stakeholders, including legal, finance, engineers, and programme teams, to develop and implement commercial policies and solutions
