Location : Westminster, Queen's Park Station Contract : Full time / Temporary (potential to go permanent) Start date : September 2024 Your new school A thrilling opening has arisen for a Year 2 or Year 3 Teacher at an excellent primary school in Westminster, a close walk from Queen's Park station.

Your role as a Year 2 or 3 Teacher

  • Create engaging lessons based on planned objectives. Consider differentiation to ensure progression in students’ learning.
  • Create clear targets, considering prior attainment.
  • Fulfill the school’s and national assessment requirements. Maintain accurate records and report student progress appropriately.
  • Manage Learning Support Assistants and other helpers in the classroom.
  • Actively engage in primary school duties, including supervising playtimes and leading whole school and class assemblies.

What you will need to succeed in this KS2 teaching role A successful candidate will :

  • Must hold QTS status.
  • I have recent experience of working in primary schools in the UK.
  • Have good interpersonal skills.
  • Showing good standards of professionalism, being well-organised and capable of working with policy and procedure to agreed timescales.
