The role..

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Development Leader to join our awesome team in London. This individual will be responsible for scaling and leading a highperforming SDR team while driving the broader Sales Development strategy across the business. This role requires a strategic thinker who is passionate about SDR growth and capable of executing and generating highquality pipeline and revenue. This is a unique opportunity for a resultsdriven leader to make a significant impact on our next stage of growth.

What Youll Do..

  • Coach your team on best in class tactics fostering a culture of results excellence inclusivity and career progression.
  • Optimise the Business Development strategy for the SDR team ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Heavy involvement in recruiting the best talent for your team and ongoing training to build and sustain a highperforming team.
  • Lead and develop a highperforming SDR team fostering a culture of results excellence inclusivity and career progression.
  • Build and execute strategies that drive both inbound and outbound activity collaborating closely with Marketing Customer Success and wider Sales teams.
  • Set and manage key performance metrics including daily activity tracking pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
  • Optimise and maintain SDR playbooks incorporating best practices for accountbased and personalised prospecting.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to ensure SDRs have the tools content and training they need to succeed.
  • Provide datadriven insights and recommendations to enhance lead quality pipeline creation and SDR performance.
  • Engage with Sales Leaders to maintain strong relationships and ensure seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Lead by example by staying actively involved in the teams daytoday operations.

What Were Looking For..

  • A motivational and strategic leader with a track record of building scaling and developing highperforming teams particularly in earlystage career development.
  • Minimum of 2 years as a topperforming SDR and at least 3 years of experience managing SDR teams.
  • Strong expertise in inbound and outbound processes with handson experience optimising sales development strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills working crossfunctionally with Marketing Sales Operations and Executive Leadership.
  • Experience with Salesforce Outreach Salesloft HubSpot or similar sales tools.
  • Analytical mindset with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highgrowth environment with a strong focus on .
