Our client based in central Southampton is going through a period of change and a very busy time! They need additional help. The office is highly accessible via public transport as well as ample free onsite parking for those who drive.

Job Description

As the Temporary Accountant, you will be responsible for :

• Producing monthly management accounts
• Month end duties - accruals, prepayments and journal entries
• Supporting the FC with production of budgets
• Variance analysis
• Cashflow forecasting
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Any other adhoc duties required by the Financial Controller

The Successful Applicant

In order to be considered for the Temporary Accountant, you must :

• Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
• Be immediately available
• Be able to multi-task
• Be able to prioritise
• Be able to work in a small team
• Have excellent communication skills
