Responsibilities

  • Define and lead monetization strategies across all of our games, balancing revenue growth with long-term player engagement.
  • Own the design, implementation, and analysis of in-game monetization—including pricing, offers, rewards, sinks / sources, and LiveOps.
  • Partner with our product team, data, and UI / UX designers to shape monetization initiatives that feel great and convert well.
  • Deep dive into data to identify monetization opportunities, segment player behaviors, and optimize offers and events.
  • Develop A / B tests to experiment with bundles, pricing models, and promotions.
  • Support the planning and execution of monetization-driven LiveOps and VIP events.
  • Stay on top of Skill-Based gaming industry trends and competitor tactics to keep our games innovative and competitive.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in monetization, economy design, or LiveOps in free-to-play or real-money gaming.
  • Strong grasp of monetization mechanics and user psychology.
  • Deep familiarity with in-game purchasing behaviors and player segmentation strategies.
  • Data-savvy : strong Excel / Sheets skills.
  • Experience working with BI dashboards (Looker / Tableau / Quicksight or similar).
  • Proven ability to turn insights into action and drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Great communicator—able to present complex ideas simply and collaborate across disciplines.
  • Passion for games and an understanding of how players interact with monetization systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
