Experienced Part II Architectural Assistant job is now available for Part II or Architectural designers with strong Revit skills to join a growing firm in Winchester. This role allows for flexible working arrangements, including the option to work up to three days from home each week. You will engage in cutting-edge data centre projects, utilising your design and technical expertise within a BIM-focused environment. Role & Responsibilities
Work on data centre and other commercial projects, focusing on BIM and technical design coordination
Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
Produce detailed technical drawings and documents using Revit and other BIM software
Assist in managing project timelines and engaging with stakeholders
Support project management tasks, ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met
Potential opportunities for international travel.
Your Skills & Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience, ideally across all project stages
Strong design and technical knowledge
Proficiency in Revit is essential (Revit test will be part of the interview process)
Familiarity with UK, US, or EU planning and construction processes
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong team collaboration and organisational abilities
Ability to manage priorities and meet project deadlines
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
