The successful business, are seeking to recruit an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to work on a long term project for a prestigious client. Our client has as an exciting project list secured for the next 18 months+ and they are looking for a Surveyor to work on this major project for their prestigious and repeat clients.There is a clear pathway for promotion and development to a leadership role within the business, with no ceiling for growth in this established company. Duties & Responsibilities : The successful candidate will take responsibility for leading projects c£20m. You will be responsible for concept to completion cost management, including but not limited to - cost planning, variations, tender analysis, contract administration, cost reporting, change management, employers agent and final accounts.Desirable Experience : - 5 years+ post-grad experience working as a Quantity Surveyor with a chartered surveying practice or consultancy.- Excellent client facing skills and experience working in both pre and post contract surveying. ...
