We’re looking for a General Manager to lead our Costa Coffee team in one of our Sheffield Stores.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced General Manager, Store Manager, or an aspiring Assistant Manager looking for their first step into a General Manager role.

This means the stock, standards, team, labour, and customers are all yours to own and grow. You will be accountable for profit and loss, the store’s appearance, and brand standards. • Creating a welcoming space for customers to enjoy our coffee, with a knack for anticipating customer needs and creating memorable moments.
• Managing controllable costs through effective stock, labour, and training management, recognizing and celebrating small wins.
• Inspiring and involving your team to perform with excellence.
• Maintaining brand standards and overseeing health and safety within the store.
• Training and developing your team to reach their full potential.
